According to a different article, the woman who gave birth still doesn’t know what happened to her embryos and has obtained a lawyer. I don’t know if Coastal Fertility isn’t disclosing any information regarding her embryos to her or if Coastal just doesn’t know the status of her embryos.
The clinic saw the freight train lawsuit coming, and have dummied up.
Seems to be what most medical types/docs do when they see their errors showing up, just start ghosting people.
That's the main reason I no longer do business with Coastal Fertility!
I now donate my baby batter exclusively to "Fly-by-Night Enterprises" (a subsidiary of "What, me worry?" Industries).
