I have to say I have never believed Kamala has been frequently drunk.

Just my opinion.

My dead mother was an abusive, narcissistic, man hating alcoholic.

Odd that she did not do any of her insane cackling during this word salad??? Her words were not slurred but her coherent syntax and thought processes were not in evidence. The fact of no slurring indicates no alcohol or minimal amounts.

Conclusions:

1. She is just plain damn stupid but she did pass the California Bar on the second attempt. The California Bar exam is tough and it is not unusual to not pass the first time for even bright candidates. She did pass it the second time. This rules out stupidity unless it was not her taking the test the second time. When I took my State Bar Pharmacy exams in Texas as we checked in to the test area they photographed us, checked our photo ID etc. There was no cheating. I have no idea how the California Bar administers their tests many years ago.

2. Thus my second guess is weed or benzodiazapems (i.e. Valium, Xanax, lorazapam etc.) or a combination of both. Her lack of emotion during that speech lends me to think benzodiazapems. When she gives a speech and is cackling and showing emotion it makes me think weed.

3. She is either terminally stupid or on something. I do not rule out meth amphetamines but doubt this. Meth heads can not stop until they destroy themselves or have medical intervention and counseling which often fails.

Pretty obviously hammered at this event and likely often enough during the campaign. To think this woman might have been president is scary, but I guess the country somehow survived having dementia addled Biden as president.
