Looked like all the gear was down to me.
Im no expert by any means but it kind of looked like a steep landing angle to me.
looks like steep landing, with a hard hit that collapsed the right landing gear, then hit, collapsed, and disintegrated the right ening igniting the fuel being fed to the right engine, continued to skid and turn the aircraft to the right which then flipped over while skidding down the runway.
