My husband can’t stand possums. I try to remind him that they kill snakes and eat ticks.
But they also eat the cat’s food, and if there was a cake out there, they’d eat that too.
They are natures garbage disposal and will eat anything.
Not many ticks in my suburban neighborhood. They just dig up the ground looking for grubs with the damn skunks.
Rest assured, you husband isn’t going to put them on the Endangered Species List.
They play dead but they don’t stay dead.
