Some of the extremism of the manosphere is just as unhealthy.

But they aren’t entirely inaccurate. However, you do have to sift for proper information. I think men are best described as velvet bricks. Superficially, they have all the soft qualities that women claim to want, but underneath they are as hard as granite. They are capable of great damage, but they seek to use that power judiciously.

Some of the extremism of ANY sub-culture or niche in society is just as unhealthy.

ANYTHING can be overdone, and even the BEST philosophy or proposed "way of life" can be toxic if overdone.

Cultivating roses, playing Bridge, doing crossword puzzles.

Even something as fundamentally healthy and natural as CAPITALISM (= the free exchange of goods between voluntary participants) can - if overdone - lead to unhealth outcomes. (E.g., if single-mindedly pursued to the exclusion of all else; or if EVERYTHING is seen only through the lens of monetary value.)
