I think love songs are BS
I met my wife and we married two weeks later, and we’ve been married 47 going on 48 years now.
We didn’t need music just hard work.
I recently offered to take Her out for valentines day and she declined. She is a professional cook and used to manage a restaurant and she is picky.(managed the real Twin peaks Cafe, you might recognize the name)
None here in Hawaii is good enough.
Only two restaurants I could get her to go back to are in Seattle. Canliss or Ivars.
Rather expensive dinners, considering
Flights, car rentals and other costs included.
We are coming up on 50th and I will get her
a dinner at the place she wants.
I just want a “regular” fish and chips at Ivar’s on a sunny day, fighting with the Seagulls trying to steal our food.
50 years of marriage, fighting can be be fun if you
don’t destroy or insult the opponent.
