The paragraph is but a portion and doesn't capture the delivery - so watch the video if you can. I don't like some of the things this member of Congress has said in the past...but her tone and delivery here on this issue really illustrates how crazy USAID became. This exchange, along with the speeches on the Senate floor by John Kennedy and Cynthia Lummis, should be compiled and put into an informercial and aired by conservative Super PACs nationwide. No, people don't like corruption, waste, fraud, and abuse...but when it comes to reaching the layperson that doesn't pay close attention to politics they are more affected in their perception by messaging that illustrating that things are, and especially sound, just plain stupid. Seeing videos like this makes it plain and simple as to why these programs have gotten way out of control and must be reigned in and never be allowed to spiral out of control again - actually calling them a "waste" of money is an understatement as these expenses are culturally destructive - would have literally been better had the money been set on fire.

If the idea of USAID is to win the hearts and minds of the people of the World, why do we push things that they find repugnant, such as Drag shows and surgical transitioning?
