“A lot of meds work well past the expired by date.” And I don’t think Africans will be picky about that.

I personally use leftover prescription drugs way past their expiration date.

Yep

Gave myself a nasty cut couple months ago.

Pulled out Celox Blood Clot package.

Two years expired.

Put it on anyway.

The only med supply I’ve ever seen that actually expires is Hydrogen Peroxide

It literally expires on the day they say it will printed on the container

Stopped the bleeding perfectly.

The expiration date only says that it is at least the total amount listed on the label If it says August 2025, at 300 mcg, it will have 300 mcg or more by August 2025. After August 2025 you may have 295 mcg. Organic compounds break down into simpler compounds over time.
