And the Biden kleptocracy claimed they ran out of cash so the Americans who lost their homes in the NC hurricane couldn’t be helped to find shelter. I’m surprised Mayorkas didn’t tell them to calm down and look at some goofy modern art paid for by some foreigner using their taxes.
