I’ve been off the wagon lately. Too much soda.
But my pattern is around 16/8 which is still good.
I need to get back to OMAD and treat to just one soda a day and then get better on the sodas.
But they’re so tasty!

Correct. The probem with keto is it’s very easy to ‘fall out of the wagon’ especially for people used to constant snacking. Not to mention the problems with oxalates (joint pains and kidney stone risk). With carnivore, none of these inconveniences exist, you can snack as often as you want and intermittent fasting can come naturally (I personnally eat 3 meals per day at fixed hours, never snack but can skip a meal without any craving). That why a lot of ketos become carnivore to be more consistent and have better results.
