I finally figured it out.
The fed have systems that are so old they don’t have the features that even 20 year old operating systems have.
And each agency has there own old outdated system.
They cannot talk to each other.
THIS is how the whole house of cards stays afloat.
At least, this is how it’s done here in Michigan.
Trump needs to put the numbers in billions up on a huge white board and have the Mike Meyers phrase “100 billion dollars” airing repeatedly while they show this numbers list!
