the Wikipedia article on the matter; it's actually pretty informative. There's already been a DNA test. And her own blood relatives deny that she has Native ancestry. And her birth certificate doesn't support the native angle.
When her brother wanted to speak out about her lies back at that the start of her career, she threatened legal action via an attorney, and when that didn't work, she threatened to publicly claim he'd molested her as a child.
She sounds like a real piece of work. And hell, just look at her- she's clearly using fake tan to make her skin look darker.

To me, her physical appearance looks like she has some “indigenous” ancestry but I suspect it comes from below the Rio Grande and not from Canadian tribes.
