I’ve switched over to a stainless steel but all automatic drip machines are going to have plastic somewhere, even if it’s just the piping and other internals.

There’s always borosilicate glass. Boil the water in it, in the microwave, and pour it into a drip coffee carafe made of borosilicate. They can be found on amazon, and they have glass “baskets.” Don’t know what may be lurking in the paper filter :/

At least until someone finds a drawback to borosilicate, it’s probably less anxiety-producing than the competition.
