I am willing to bet that this woman has never appropriately tipped in her life.
And wearing that attitude on her sleeve doesn’t help, either. I’ve seen how American black women treat service staff. Waitstaff do everything they can to avoid having to serve them - they are demanding and then stiff you on the tip.
"The travel influencer intimately spoke to the camera, she said: ‘It started at check in, really at arrival of the hotel because when I pulled up there were you know people outside to welcome new travellers, give them a fresh drink and check their luggage and no one offered me that."
Her attitude and manner showed immediately. Service people can see it a mile away and want nothing to do with anyone who will not be nice or tip.
A few years ago I treated my family and out of town guests to a dinner at a nice Italian restaurant. It was a pretty big bill, so I put the credit card on the holder and left a 100 dollar tip. When we got outside the serve came up to me and told me that there was an 18% gratuity built into the bill, and she asked me if I wanted the 100 dollars back. I told her to keep it because it was my mistake.
My brother was a Bar manager for years and he would mention that blacks were the worst tippers.
