The judge ordered the destruction of evidence of fraudulent payments. There is no judicial immunity for criminal conduct. AG Bondi should charge this judge criminally. The Treasury Secretary can make a determination that this was not "good behavior" and suspend payment of his salary. The judge will now need to sue the Treasury Secretary to regain payment creating a conflict of interest. POTUS and his cabinet have some cards to play with this corrupt judge.
