Then how come I feel so damned OLD? Been taking Antarctic krill oil, the requisite amount of Vitamin D, and exercising a minimum of an hour a day (cycling and squats/stretches EVERY day).

I try to keep the rust shined off. Now all the friction points are wearing out.

I can only imagine what I would feel like if I didn’t take that stuff and hit the gym...

Thirty years of tennis and volleyball. I thought I was strengthening everything. Turns out I was just wearing out my knees.
