It can be done. The Nazis and the Imperial Japanese were pretty crazy. So we waged total war with them.

It's clear that Hamas is as fanatical in Gaza and Israel is not allowed to wage total war on them because they're dependent on armed shipments from USA.

I'm thinking Israel keeps a pretty tight rein on them. Maybe over time the trouble makers got weeded out, or perhaps many still exist within their ranks and just have not manifested themselves to Israel yet.

But let's say they have successfully integrated into Israeli society. How many generations did it take?
