#2. But is that specifically, literally against the law for a congressperson in the United States?
#3. If the answer to question 2 is ‘unclear’
what is the intended End Goal of this expose’?

It is indeed specifically illegal to marry your brother, and it was also in the furtherance of immigration fraud.

IIRC, the DOJ had concluded she DID marry her brother to commit immigration fraud but decided to not pursue anything?

WHY? WHO made that call???
