You know they are thinking, “All we need is access to just one computer”. Just one! That’s all we need!”
All joking aside, I wonder if there are any NSAID employees who are reading the news and thinking “We were doing what?!!” Is the corruption centered just on a dozen or so upper-level employees, or is everyone in on the fraud and scams?. I know I would be horrified to find so much corruption and waste going on at my place of employment.
NOT A CHANCE!!! There are NO GOOD GUYS AT USAID!
The more I know about it, the more I understand how it has come to be an untouchable sandbox full of malignant malfeasance for DEMOCRAT politicians. It is a money bucket full of holes that money drains out of to be scooped up by corrupt enemies, foreign and domestic. It is a superb article, a lot of information. On my way into work this morning, I heard Trump refer to USAID as staffed by Left Wing Lunatics. That appears to be a spot on characterization as the Federalist article above also links to a thorough, informative, and all-around-excellent article from the Heritage Foundation (who delivered to us what now appears to be the Trump blueprint for reforming government; the excellent Project 2025!) which has a prescient article from 2022 titled:
It is an extremely detailed article that outlines exactly how this Department (USAID) has been totally hijacked by "Left Wing Lunatics", and this excerpt from that Heritage Foundation article linked above outlines and clearly confirms this:
"...A review of the first 50 USAID employees, chosen alphabetically, who made political contributions during the 2020 federal election cycle shows that 48 of them donated to Democratic candidates and causes, with just two giving to Republicans, a 12 to 1 ratio. Of the estimated $48,000 donated, only $600 went to Republicans, less than 2 percent of the total.80 Following the slaying of George Floyd in late May 2020, an election year, over 1,000 USAID staff demanded that the agency “make a public statement affirming that Black Lives Matter,” accused USAID “of structural racism,” and insisted USAID design a plan to address “systemic injustice, racism, colonialism, and police brutality,” echoing liberal and progressive talking points just months before national elections..."
Just wow. The first 50, chosen at random alphabetically...!
