Gaza is TINY. Only 140 sq miles - Dubai is 11x the size, and is itself small. This is very doable as a real estate play. And we can profit from it. Unlike the idiot Bush, who squandered $2 trillion handing Iraq to ISIS and Iran and couldn't even get us free oil for it.
And where are you going to put all the Palestinians? NOBODY wants them. They just create problems wherever they go.
