Not really accurate.
Galt got sick of the state looting the minds of people who created things and refused to participate. Quit, then ran off to create his own world, while inviting other creators to join him and do the same. He then allowed the state to self destruct -knowing it would eventually happen.

Musk isn't patient enough to wait for the state to destroy itself. So, he's expediting it.
And it's a beautiful thing.

I just sat here to try to come up with a Musk metaphor.
