I’m at 15 days (I think). It’s driving me crazy. Went for my first 2 mile walk in the neighborhood last evening and that was tough. Took a mile to begin feeling a bit normal.
I’m probably on that 4-6 week trajectory. I used to get a lot of bouts that long in my 20s and 30s, but not as bad as I started getting older. I started a bunch of supplements during COVID (and still taking the) that I thought were helping a lot, but they didn’t boost the immune system enough to stop this.

I spent this weekend sleeping, which I never do but, decided to give my body a complete weekend of rest
