That’s the first thing on my list of Never Buy From Walmart. Don’t know why but their broccoli is always rubbery and doesn’t taste that good either.
But in any case, first rule of produce shopping is, as soon as you get it in the house, wash it like a rescued puppy!

Good idea. I wash with Dawn before I cook it, but not when I bring it home. My dear friend was a Director of Health for a major state, and I was surprised when she told me she used Dawn to wash her veggies and fruits, too.

I dont know where your at but, over 95 % of the green veggies come from the Yuma AZ area or southern CA in the winter nationwide...Yuma is said to produce the majority.
Doesnt matter which store you purchase from.

How long it stays on display at those stores is up to that store.
