There is one case where a black person could be eligible for some kind of restitution, and that is if they can prove that their relative was “red-lined” into another neighborhood, instead of being able to live in a better neighborhood, where the house prices would have appreciated more. That would represent a missing out on potential wealth that could have been handed down to subsequent generations, and could be quantified.

IMPOSSIBLE to have them own property that will APPRECIATE.

THEY NEVER TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING.
