Not sure about my premise here, but if USAID is attached to Blinken’s tenure at the State Department, (and it was) who is to say that it won’t come out that Victoria Nuland, a Deputy Dog Secretary of State, and also NATO, funded most of the agitation against Russia’s border, in order to set off the Russia-Ukraine war? UKRAINE sure didn’t have the cash on hand to threaten Russia.

It wasn’t cheap though, to bring prominence to the AZOV Battalion, get them ready to agitate the Donbass and Luhansk, on the Russian border regions, or, to get NATO allied troops ramping around doing “exercises”, and set the Bio-Labs into operational & funded by “DOD”, I think.

Nuland admitted they were there, among 300 ➕️ plus throughout Europe, said directly to Rubio in that Senate hearing, on Live teevee.

Nuland, as you know, was heard on a recorded phone picking Ukraine’s next president after getting the previous one ousted and someone helped get the prosecutor fired, from investigating Hunter the Nose employer Burisma. I wonder who? 😏 But, not much.
