last week Jan 28 In Van Nuys CA i was a jurist.
Judge broke for lunch. Was walking between the Police station & the courthouse.
A bum was standing on the side I nod he nods back as he punches me while I turn my head to cross the side street
I lose my glasses which I can't see
Second punch w/rock in hand I'm flattened on ground
Later he is waiting in the police station as I walk in
He likely wanted his psychiatric drugs.
If I prosecute he gets what he wanted.
Its a win win for him. Cop said he hears voice in his head

I asked for video from the court administrator. He claims there is no video Here: I wanted to see if he had a handler.
What would you do? I'm at a loss with a broken bones in the face. I don't get it. makes no sense to me.
