The ones I’ve seen/used are on bottles up to 6000 psi (Cascade systems, my HP bottle for the air rifles is 4500). You could probably knock the yoke off/loose if you swung a 3’ iron pipe wrench at it like a baseball bat... (not itchin’ to try though LOL)

Given the pressures involved, I could see a pressurized tank possibly rocketing off quite a distance if the valve was broken off.

I think that these are SCBA air bottles of the type used by firefighters and that the yellow color indicates that they are “Low Pressure” at 2216 PSI (”High Pressure” - green bottles are 4500 PSI).
