As long as you make your mins, you get flight pay. Later you have 'gates' based upon experience (around a 1000 is the low gate). When you hit the 'gates', you get more flight pay. While the relationship is possible the statement is defamatory to a guy who died and was married. And unless he wrote the flight schedule he wouldn't be able to arrange it. If the female showed such affinity the scheduler would have ended that.
