I believe this is why Trump seems unconcerned about all these commie judges issuing these nuisance rulings.
Perhaps, the emergency powers that go along with his various Executive Orders, and the invocation of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, allow the overriding of the inferior courts decisions, and possibly only the Supreme Court would need to be informed of what powers and operations are in play. Maybe not even SCOTUS.
Both Trump and Hegseth said the helicopter that crashed was engaged in Continuity of Government operations. I don't believe either of them would suffer a Freudian slip; maybe a purposeful slip to be explained later.
