I trained my replacements - all Indians - for two different employers.
One employer I thought I would retire from.
We had taken over Cigna-Claims development and Maintenance.
We were part of the original software firm that developed the Health Claims Processing System Cigna was using.
Cigna decided Indians were a better value than us.(CIGNA got that decision stuck in their ear, but not before they lost a ton of money on down time alone.)

I worked as a QA for Accenture (a couple years after they rebranded from adndersen consulting) @ State Farm - Peoria, for 3 months.
(I was out of my town Mon thru Fri. about a 2.5 hr drive.)

I took forever to get assigned to a team.
1st (and last for me) meeting, I was the only non Indian on the team.
They held the meeting speaking Hindi. I had an interview in a day, in a place closer to home.
Was interviewed and hired. I was gone within a week.

I was at that next (and it was my last employer) for about 10 years.
They turned IT developers & QA, over to an Indian firm.
The QA was done in India - time difference made turnovers and comms difficult.
They had no business expertise, so flow was tough for them to grasp.
They didn’t think well outside of the box. ( A couple were ok - rock stars - but - they had been Americanized )
Inside the box, programs and changes weren’t documented or commented.

I took time off for my daughter’s wedding and left excruciatingly explicit, detailed, baby instructions with before\after-inputs\outputs screenshots on how to execute a process.
While I was gone, they decided my instructions were wrong and they screwed the pooch.(I cleaned it all up after I got back)
They found a bug in a common called routine. During testing, they wrote up a bug for every program that called that routine. They had written up a bazillion bugs and were proud of it, not realizing it was one bug.

I pretty much had had enough and I Johnny Paycheck’d ‘ my employer...and retired for good about 6 months later.

It’s funny you mention Cigna, I’m waiting for an interview with them.

Great post and typical of the maharishi gang of:

Hi my name is Buster,Jim, Flip or Hound dog,the made up American names are a real trip. At least until you need something done. Thinking out of the box is clearly never allowed in Mumbai.

I spent a terrible week last week dueling with twin injuns one from comcast and the other from Verizon. Finally, after my new Verizon guy got some top supervisors from New Delhi who were at least at a fifth grade level they figured out how to change my phone from comcast (that uses verizon) to verizon where I am now.

It was quite a trip including dealing with the worst company on earth:

Comcast!

which is so bad they had to change their name to XXXXXfinity,it didn't help at all.

..................

Finally, for the real reason for this post:

I need help.

Apparently, one of DJT's picks was never adequately vetted.Or if he was whomever did it created an epic fail.

This is about Col. Gerry Parker who is the nomination (appointment?) of:

from the link:

US Army Colonel (retired) Gerald (“Gerry”) W. Parker to head up the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy, which was Congressionally created with the PREVENT Pandemics Act attributed to Senator Patty Murray (D-WA).

This is a good place to start:

https://www.malone.news/p/vaccine-deep-state-insanity

Colonel Parker is a veterinarian with a PhD. He currently serves as Associate Dean for “Global One Health”. Together with the American Veterinary Medical Association, he is a major supporter of the “One Health” initiative which was examined in a prior substack essay. The “One Health” initiative elevates animal health and welfare to be on par with human health, and is very lucrative for the Veterinary industry and their Pharma partners.

One Health and the Deep State Robert W Malone MD, MS

· Colonel Parker is a textbook example of the type of government employee that constitute the “Biodefense” Deep State silo, and is a strong advocate for government-sponsored development of vaccine-based solutions to potential biothreats. Just as he is a strong advocate for the “One Health” globalist initiative, which is sort of the “Biodefense industrial/biomedical/government complex” version of the “Green New Deal,” “Diversity Equity and Inclusion” initiatives, “fifteen-minute cities”, open borders, and the whole host of other UN Agenda 2030 programs.

Selected text from the wikispooks summary of Dr. Parker's background follows:

from the link:

Gerald Parker is a "spooky"(former or still DIA?) US veterinarian and top-ranking federal health bureaucrat. Parker has worked for the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services and Homeland Security. In February 2025, President Trump selected Parker, to head the White House's pandemic office.

<“RWM: Spooky” in this context implies that he is a member of the US Intelligence community, most likely the Defense Intelligence Agency.>

In the U.S. Department of Defense, he was deputy assistant for chemical and biological defense. And at the Department of Health and Human Services, he led efforts to prepare for public health emergencies.

Parker was the Associate Dean for Global One Health at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Director, Pandemic Preparedness and Biosecurity Policy Program at the Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs within the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University . Angela Clendenin, an epidemiologist who interviewed him in April 2020, described him as: “I like to think he was the inspiration for Bryan Cranston's character in Contagion.”

Dr. Parker is also a close friend and colleague to Dr. Robert Kadlec M.D, former Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response under the first Donald Trump administration, who originated “Operation Warp Speed” together with FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research director Dr. Peter Marks and played a key role in managing the federal response to COVID.

in his 30 page message Parker says this:

https://democrats-energycommerce.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/democrats-energycommerce.house.gov/files/Gerald%20Parker_Witness%20Testimony_06.13.23.pdf

Development Authority was able to get every major influenza vaccine maker under a surge manufacturing contract and producing vaccines in a matter of weeks.

(this was part of the disaster since its common knowledge a "vaccine" ,which the bio-weapons never were, takes years and years to perfect.) These and other lesson learned were applied to Operation Warp Speed, where joint Health and Defense leaders were able to far exceed expectations and deliver COVID-19 vaccinations to the public in only eleven months after the SARS-CoV-2 genomic sequence finally became publicly available. (this guy is pro vaccine of the bio-weapons!! He's nuts. He's using a program from the 2006 era to promote the shots that are killing everyone! If he doesn't realize that he's out of it. If he does know what is going on he's another fauci like others have mentioned!)

In addition to an effective leadership and program management structure, Operation Warp Speed established effective and trusted public – private partnerships where government and industry project managers quickly elevated problems so government and industry leadership could quickly find solutions. This is a good beginning to discover who this guy really is since he was clearly never fully vetted.
