It coulda been the guy that Russia had; he got back to DC around 10pm last nite and PDJT was out in the snow to welcome him home.
Trump disclosed long call with Putin, to end the Ukraine War and (subsequent to that) totally reconfigure the U.S.-Russia relationship.
Said in TS post that he’s letting Zelensky know what the grownups have decided.
