He will demand a reduced and balanced budget from Congress. No more CRs! This will be the most powerful SOTU address in history and he will remind Congress of the coming deadline to get that budget in order.

Ten days later, on March 14th, the current CR expires.
He WILL shut down the fedgov for as long as necessary to get the budget in order.
