The Speaker should make her prove her statement to be true and if she's unable to, she should be made to apologize to all Caucasian Americans and be censured. If she refuses to do so, she should be reprimanded and fined (I know they won't have 2/3’s to expel).

I agree, if you or I said something like this against black folk (and I would have no desire to do it neither would it come to my mind) but if we did, we would be fired from our jobs and maybe jailed for inciting hate.
