serious question...What rights do non citizen visitors to the US have?
Do/ should non citizens, legal vistors, have a “Right” to assemble and protest against, anything?
Visiting this country is a privilege that can be revoked.
Good question- That I don’t know, but I do know that they often break the law by committing criminal acts while doing so-
Th3 constitution is written for civilians, but the left have bastardized it to nclude illegals too- I think Tom Holman had something to say about that fact recently, but can’t recall exactly what now- was along the line of “no, il,egads do not enjoy the same rights as civilians do, and it’s time that we put that fact Into law.” Or something like that

No. Nada, nope, definitely none.
How would you/I get treated in their countries?
If they are on a student visa we can stipulate pretty much anything that restricts access and the right to certain kinds of speech. If they don’t like then it don’t come in.
They are openly supporting Hamas which is a designated terrorist organization. That should get your student visa cancelled. Additionally, a F-1 student visa authorizes a foreign national to study in the US. It does not authorize a foreign national to organize, demonstrate or protest in the US.
They are basically non-immigrants out of status.
The right in question is a natural right, it belongs to all persons, including persons here illegally.
The First Amendment DOES NOT GRANT THIS OR ANY OTHER RIGHT. It merely prevents Congress from legislating to impede the right in question, and the ban is extended to the States by Amendment XIV.
Therefore - all laws against “antisemitism” as a form of expression are unconstitutional, shockingly so, and so are all “hate speech” laws, to the extent that they punish expressive conduct.
