New York Post reports President Trump will sign an executive order today on the combatting of antisemitism, including the deportation of noncitizens who break the law during anti-Israel protests.

US President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order today (Wednesday) instructing federal authorities to act to combat antisemitism, including by deporting antisemites who commit criminal acts, the New York Post reported.

According to the report, the order will give federal agencies 60 days to present plans to deal with antisemitism in places such as college campuses. It also calls for the deportation on non-citizens who commit illegal acts while protesting against Israel in the aftermath of the Hamas massacre of October 7, even if they have student visas.

Every non-citizen in this country is either a guest or an invading illegal alien. If they shoot their mouths off or cause any trouble they should be booted immediately and never allowed to return. America is our house not theirs.

While despicable, antisemitism isn’t against the law...

I IS against the law if they support terrorism or terrorist organizations like HAMAS on college campuses while protesting antisemitism.

I've been posting this for years:

According to 8 U.S. Code Subchapter V - ALIEN TERRORIST REMOVAL PROCEDURES via § 1531 and 8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens and 8 U.S. Code § 1227 - Deportable aliens - (a)(4)(b), endorsing or espousing terrorist activities or persuading others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization is a deportable offense.

See:

8 U.S. Code Chapter 12 - IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY

8 U.S. Code Subchapter V - ALIEN TERRORIST REMOVAL PROCEDURES

8 U.S. Code § 1531 - Definition

(1) the term “alien terrorist” means any alien described in section 1227(a)(4)(B) of this title;

8 U.S. Code § 1227 - Deportable aliens - (a)(4)(b)

(4) Security and related grounds
(B) Terrorist activities
Any alien who is described in subparagraph (B) or (F) of section 1182(a)(3) of this title is deportable.

8 U.S. Code § 1182 - Inadmissible aliens - (a)(3)

(a) Classes of aliens ineligible for visas or admission
(3) Security and related grounds
(B) Terrorist activities

(i) In general
Any alien who--

(VII) endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization;

It's about time we started deporting any foreigners who are found rallying for terrorist organizations.

I am Jewish, and while I am encouraged by this action to fight antisemitism, I think it should be more broad. ANY non-citizen who breaks the law in this country for something more serious than a traffic violation should be deported. You are a guest in this country until you are fully admitted to our community by becoming a legal resident, much less a citizen. Until that time, your primary job is to abide by the rules of our society to prove that you deserve a place here. It is not an entitlement, it is something that you earn through good behavior and a showing that you’re going to be a reasonably productive member of society in some way. This should not apply just to people engaged in anti-Israel protests, but to a far larger group of people. I wonder, for example, how many immigrants took part in the riots of 2020 - and why those people are still here?

well written comment and I fully understand.

The screennames I mentioned in my first comment are classic anti-semites and have a magical history of completely ignoring anything positive about Israel, yet instantly appear when something is posted that makes Israel look bad
woodpusher genuinely believes that Israel is “committing genocide” in gaza and his proof is linking to the UN and Amnestly Intl
Hardspunned never misses an opportunity to bash Israel/Jews
angelino97 is a Pat-Buchanan-lifer who thinks Jews are damned in hell for not believing in his “savior”
wastedyears will somehow take a post about Israel and pepper in comments about “rothschild bankers” and every other cliche he can find

The right in question is a natural right, it belongs to all persons, including persons here illegally.

The First Amendment DOES NOT GRANT THIS OR ANY OTHER RIGHT. It merely prevents Congress from legislating to impede the right in question, and the ban is extended to the States by Amendment XIV.

Therefore - all laws against “antisemitism” as a form of expression are unconstitutional, shockingly so, and so are all “hate speech” laws, to the extent that they punish expressive conduct.

# 1 Declare the Muslim Brotherhood a foreign terrorist organization.

Identify all of the antisemite groups operating in the United States, especially those linked to college campuses, whether they are affiliated, or nonaffiliated with campus organizations.

Investigate the funding sources of the antisemite protest groups, and where there is a financial connection with the Muslim Brotherhood, deport every single one of them here on foreign student visas and with demonstrable links to the Brotherhood.

“ Is that act, in and of itself, barring any sort of illegal actions, legally protected?”

No laws to protect speech are necessary, since the First Amendment restricts the government from interfering. The First Amendment grants nothing. It prevents something.

So, in your hypothetical, Palestinian protesters are as free as native born American citizens to speak and the government may not inhibit them, even through dodges like taking away their visas, since if their speech violated a law, since that law is unconstitutional, it is as if it did not exist.

The “endorses” part is facially unconstitutional, I’m surprised you don’t know that.

Hear hear! This should be the law of the land, if I am allowed to say this as an alien.
Living in America as a guest, a (legal) alien, is a privilege indeed, and just like all privileges, it comes with responsibilities. Good and moral behavior is possibly the most important one.

P.S.: And I would love to have a similar law in my country…

I’m surprised you don’t know that.

Don't know what? I'm posting U.S. Code.

This is akin to the free speech argument regarding "shouting fire in a crowded theater." It's not unconstitutional to stop people here on temporary non-immigrant visa from organizing rallies to radicalize people for terrorist organizations.

Are you suggesting that HAMAS has a free-speech right to come to the United States and organize rallies in support of terrorism against Jews?

I don't think this will survive 1A scrutiny for deportation

From the article:

"It also calls for the deportation on non-citizens who commit illegal acts while protesting against Israel"

So, essentially, it's just another reason to boot problem "immigrants" out of the country. Green card holders who commit other non "anti-semitic" crimes can also have their residency revoked, so why not get rid of the ones who break stuff during protests.

That said, I think it is ridiculous to have special groups that can't be criticized.

Define “terrorism against Jews”.

Advocacy for killing, raping, kidnapping, hostage taking, bombings is not protected by the First Amendment, whoever does it.

Advocacy for a change of title over some foreign piece of land is. As far as I can tell, a lot of the “outlawing antisemitism” statutes rely on how speech makes people feel, not on what is being said. I’m not an expert on these laws, I only know what I read, mostly on FR.

There is an unresolved war over possession of territory in former Ottoman Syria. Advocacy for one side or the other to win without incitement to violence is protected speech, whoever is speaking.

We invite students to come here out of generosity, and if those students disrespect us by breaking our laws, then they should be deported!

There are scores of universities in the developing world where the racism espoused by the anti-Israel protestors would be acceptable to the host country. Let these psychopaths study there.

also deport any foreign-born who shouts death to America WHILE IN AMERICA

Or burns the American flag, like many of the campus protestors did.
