As long as there is a dem judge willing to rule against legislation to secure the vote, nothing will change.

Quitter mentality. Congress has clear authority to stop vote cheating, and our Supreme Court would eventually uphold it.
In the long run, you may be right. But I doubt it can happen before 2026. I will be pleasantly surprised if it does.
