ANY software that you purchase, should be yours (not to copy or redistribute, of course), the way it USED to be.
This subscription crap should be a CAPITOL Crime!

I avoid any of that...



There are cracks out there for CS6, if you run into the issue you are having.

yeah, I really went a few rounds with their “tech” service- having to tell them over and over “No! That is simply unacceptable! I Paid for this program, and when i bought it there was no clause in it that stated that someday Adobe could pull the plug on it so that i would be left with a product i can’t use!”

I’m too nervous about cracked versions- read lots of horror stories about them-

I’m seriously htiniking abotu goign with Affinity Photo which is similar- but woudl really love to keep photoshop as i have a ton of actions i built, and it works with plugins i bought- but if i have to i will switch as affinity is low price, $70, and it is forever- one time purchase- I think they will also offer subscription, but they claim they are keepign their perpetual liscence too- so that is a hufe plus- it does not do quite what photoshop does though- but close i guess-
