This is just my opinion, fwiw. I think Trump (and a lot of the rest of us) were not fully award of how committed the Deep State/Left was - and still is - committed to the destruction of our way of life. And the death of anyone who stands in their way.

He may have thought that they could be negotiated with. He, and the rest of us, are no longer under any illusion of their goals.

What would have happened if Trump had of gone after Hillary when he won?

The world would have been a better place.

Hundreds of thousands of people who died would have lived instead. No Ukraine/Russian war. No masses of illegals streaming across the border.

Hillary has belonged in prison since 1975 when she falsified evidence and lied to a federal judge.
