The youngest Adults who were following orders of Hitler are now 97 years old. The 96&Under crowd were all children. The 78&Under crowd were not even born. Change the 97, 96, and 78 numbers on what I just wrote to 98, 97, and 79 in late April. A lot of those people are dying, and they aren’t dying because they don’t have ObummerCare.

Educating young Germans of the ugly part of their nation’s past is not shaming, humiliation or casting guilt. I think it’s fair to say that most of these kids relate more to the victims of Naziism than to the perpetrators.
