Lost in this story is the facade that Fetterman is a "different kind of Democrat." He voted against Hegseth, after sending out signals he was on board with Pete.

He was receiving a number of positive comments here on Free Republic, some posters need to "revise and extend their remarks."

Not that I disagree, but I expect that the Democrat Party is run like a concentration camp. They get amazingly unified votes - and I’m not saying that’s a good thing.

I believe Fetterman is fairly young and wants to go far.
