True regarding renters, which is why I pointed out that they’re the real victims. But the people who show up to complain, and then have the money to file lawsuits, usually have quite a bit of money, or at least can have quite a bit of money (by living cheaper), if they care about their kids. I know that’s the case for the people that I work with (who, nearly all, don’t have to dump their kids in public schools, but still do just that).
