He will put someone in position for their merit, whether they are homosexual or not. That is true equality - nobody is advanced for being heterosexual either.


And the way you do that is not ask applicants such personal questions. How someone “loves” does not dictate the ability to sharpen pencils or file papers, etc.

Lol as I wrote that I thought it sounded like we need to go back to “Don’t ask, don’t tell!” Not a bad policy, but needs to be updated.

Don’t ask, don’t tell, either verbally, or by dressing in women’s clothing, wearing makeup, nail polish, drag queen garb, or looking like a freak in general.
