The “first formerly undocumented judge in Rhode Island” abruptly resigned hours after the FBI raided his downtown Providence immigration law office on Thursday.
Central Falls Municipal Court Judge Joseph Molina Flynn was being investigated before President Trump’s return to the Oval Office and the raid is unrelated to his recent string of immigration-related executive orders, according to WPRI 12.
Molina Flynn was born in Medellin, Colombia, and arrived in the US on a tourist visa when he was 9 years old, according to his law firm’s website.
He obtained his “lawful permanent resident status and then his citizenship” after spending 15 years in the US as an undocumented immigrant.
Molina Flynn’s bio also states that he is the “first gay person” appointed as the municipal court judge in Central Falls and the “first formerly undocumented Judge in Rhode Island.”
He also teaches “Crimmigration” as an adjunct professor at the Roger Williams University Law School.

Probably a conflict of interest situation where the legal fee would be viewed as a bribe.
Article says he became a citizen. Him helping illegals hide from the law was probably the issue.

Traditionally, the FBI won’t touch it unless it promises a big publicity splash. This guy must be doing something big and wrong. Marriage fraud, and other types of immigration fraud, lend themselves to large rings, with plenty of money flowing from aliens to marriageable citizens and attorneys.

The silence about shutting him down, implies something that bad.
DC needs a total disinfecting. And then to the downstream affect.
