A broken clock is still right twice a day. I don't base my position from the MSM, but on having lived in the area and having visited Ukraine before the current war.
The current war doesn't have its origins simply in the 2000s: the Russians have been trying (unsuccessfully) to subjugate and Russify all of their neighbors to the West for 400 years.
Ok, we simply disagree about the situation, and it would be better if both sides stopped the name calling.
