Hollywood adopted a bunch of woke "inclusion standards" in 2020 that went into effect for last year's nominations.

I doubt there are films that didn't meet the requirement because they all now meet the requirements which is why movies suck so bad.

To be eligible for Best Picture, films must meet two of four diversity standards.
