Am I the only one who hates having any loose change around? I put quarters, dimes, and nickels in my car’s console in the off-chance I need it for a random parking meter. But that’s it. I neve carry change around. To be honest, I’ve probably thrown a penny or two in the garbage. I pretty much never have any cash on me either.

I knew a guy in the 80s who hated pennies so much, every night he’d just throw them down the hall of the hotel.
I’ve said for years that any c-store that rounded to the nickel would most likely end the day no worse than a nickel off. I did have one store near me that did that, but I never checked back to see if my theory was correct.
I use Cash. Carry a quarter and a dime, they make good screw drivers. Rest go in the 2 granddaughters piggy banks. One is 6-years, the other nearly 7 months. They get it at 18.
I put the CC in the gun safe the day Senile stole Trump’s chair. New prices would cause over use and CC debt.
I keep a quarter for Aldi in my car.
