He doesn’t care. He just lies and lies and the media protects him.

They should go after Milley for treason. The Constitution says pardons don’t apply to treason.

Article II, Section 2, Clause 1:

“he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

This is the senator’s Captain Louis Renault moment. He is to shocked to do anything but accept it.

I hope this is also Pinochet moment in American politics where both sides have pardoned their folks and time let it lay for the good of the nation. It was bad actions all around and we have more pressing matters. I know there will be lawsuits and other actions for reconciliation that the courts will decide but there are bigger issues that need to be addressed now. I hope those they were in courts or jailed get compensation.

These pardons are a good thing because while any punitive actions cannot be assessed against them, they still can be hauled before an investigative committee to testify about any criminal doings that they may have been involved in. If any perjury occurs in their testimony then, in some cases the pardon becomes null and void. This opens the door to many possibilities regarding punishment.

I wondered at the time if Nancy had pulled the fall and never was injured just to get outta Dodge. She knew Trump would have brought up her involvement with J6.

Each name on the pardons need to be investigated and crimes and involvements should be publicized.

I think it’s a real hoot that they took down Milley’s portrait because he got a pardon. ROTFL!

I'll bet that fat donut hoarder soiled his ample breeches when he heard about that...

There's a lot of room in the J6 jail now, let's put it to good use again. It might dicourage our current intel community from lying about everything, including our fascination of starting wars.

“Yeah I remember when Obama removed the bust of Winston Churchill and if memory serves replaced it with a bust of the reverend doctor Professor Martin Luther the King. Hey in fairness, were I President, I’d remove all images of Shaka Zulu and replace them with Neil Armstrong or something”

I agree. If the bust of King (a commie or at least a fellow traveler) is still in the Oval Office, Trump should remove it and replace it with the bust of Churchill (which I think was on loan from Britain). The removal of King would infuriate the lefties in the U.S. and the placement of Churchill would likely infuriate the lefties in the U.K. (like Starmer). (Churchill had a realistic view of the mohammedans.) Winning!

they still can be hauled before an investigative committee to testify...

If they're hauled in to testify, they'll simply follow the Hillary Clinton strategy from the 1990s -- "Uhh, gee, I don't recall" or "Uhh, gee, I don't know."

I hope president Trump shows that clip on the big screen at one of his rallies or meetings on national TV! Show the world what bald-faced hypocrites the left are!

Thune needs to remove Schiff from any of his committee assignments, etc, and have any security clearance he has revoked.

He’s now a threat to national security.

Im no lawyer, but this HAS to be absolutely unconstitutional. How can you pardon somebody who hasn’t been convicted or even charged with a crime?

Conversely, this now gives the President the power to convict somebody for a crime in the future which they haven’t committed.

Furthermore, who’s to say that future Presisident’s can give EVERY political party member forward pardons while he’s in office.

In essence, Joe Biden has just laid the ground-work for a totalitarian communist party State.

Bears repeating:

[Now U.S. Senator (CA)] Schiff, who now has gotten a pardon, was caught condemning such actions when it was Trump who was pardoning some of his supporters four years ago.

[Schiff] was asked in an interview:

"Have you ever heard of somebody getting a preemptive pardon who is an innocent person?"
"No," Schiff said.
