FYI; This is what 45 & now 47 POTUS want's. First he had to HAVE STANDING BEFORE ANY COURT IN THE NATION, via both POTUS, and more importantly Chief Law Enforcement office of the United States.

Also slam dunk @ U.S. Supreme Court, wouldn't hold my breath at the Federal District and Federal Appeals court, but a sure winner at the U.S. Supreme Court!!!!

Standing means you (or as a group etc.,) personally have been damaged.
