That's exactly what You NEED TO DO !!! I've been going to a Chiropractor since I sprained My neck in 5th grade gym class. I also have worked for one. They do amazing work. I've seen Patients who could barely walk when they came in and they left the office wanting to go dancing. The one I worked for also did Accupressure and Accupuncture.
You have a pinched Sciatic Nerve in the hip joint and a Chiropractor will do what I call a Lumbar Roll to put Your hip joint back in the right place. Depending upon how badly it's out of place You may hear a slight click, nothing or a thump or clunk.
You might want to sleep on Your side with a pillow between Your knees for a while to keep things in the right position after the Chiropractor gets it back in place.
IOW, If one has a mechanical problem, it’s best to fix it mechanically.
