It’s not Canadian voters, it’s the east. The west doesn’t subscribe to commies. Sadly, majority of elections are decided by the time the vote gets to the western edge of Ontario.

Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon would make a really nice corridor to Alaska. Throw in BC so they don't feel left out.

Considering this makes me feel like the Tavington (Banastre Tarleton) character in The Patriot as he considers the immense land he'll be granted after the Revolution is put down.
